The Canadian Federation of University Women (CFUW) Perth & District Home & Garden Tour brought in more than $27,400 during its return on Saturday, July 12.
Chair Nancy Chevrier said the 2025 total marks a major increase from last year’s event, which helps fund local education awards and other community causes.
The self-guided tour featured several local homes and gardens, generously opened to the public by their owners.
Chevrier says some homeowners enjoyed the experience so much they’re already planning to offer their gardens again.
Chevrier said volunteers, committee members, team captains and parking attendants all helped make the day a success.
Organizers credit the strong support of the community and the willingness of residents to showcase their homes for making the day such a hit.
CFUW Perth & District thanks everyone who contributed to this year’s outstanding results.
