‘Play for Archer’ is an upcoming event which’ll feature live music and food trucks for the Almonte community to come together following the tragic death of 9-year-old Archer Lowe.
Organizer Lindsay Chunik says sometimes music says more than words can express.
Lowe was killed after being hit by a bus while riding his bike on the last day of school.
Chunik says it’s a time for the community to heal, while funds raised through ticket sales will go to Lowe’s family, as well as others impacted, the bus driver included.
The event will be held August 16th at the Almonte Civitan Hall beginning at 4 p.m.
Tickets are $15 at the door or at the businesses listed below.

- Keepers Coffee Bar-2518 Cty Rd 29
