Montague seeks nominations for 2025 Volunteer of the Year award
Montague Township is calling on residents to nominate someone who goes above and beyond to make the community a better place.
The 2025 Volunteer of the Year award will honour a local resident who is recognized as a leader, dedicating their time and setting a positive example for others. Township officials say it is an opportunity to shine a light on the people whose efforts often go unnoticed but have a lasting impact.
To nominate someone, residents can fill out a form and submit it to the Township Office or email it to admin@township.montague.on.ca. The deadline for submissions is September 30, 2025.
Nominees should be individuals who consistently demonstrate leadership, kindness, and community spirit. Council will review the submissions before selecting the recipient, who will be officially recognized for their contribution to Montague life.
Officials encourage residents to provide detailed information to help with the selection process.
