The 178th edition of the Perth Fair begins tonight and runs all long-weekend. They’ve got a classic lineup of Grandstand entertainment! Tonight its Derringers, tomorrow after the Demolition Derby – The Riley New Band takes the stage. Sunday, features Jamie and Brendan McMunn with family tradition, followed by The Quest. The Smiths Falls Open Air Market is back for another week from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Centennial Park, 2 Confederation Dr. Get local produce, crafts, art and visit the food trucks every Friday through October 10th.
Want more open air market-time? The Perth Farmers’ Market goes tomorrow from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. They’ve also got locally grown food and handmade crafts. It all takes place at the Crystal Palace at the Tay Basin to support this community-run market.
