Ontario Provincial Police have charged a man after threats were allegedly made toward officers in Lanark County.
Police say the investigation began on Aug. 27 when threats against OPP members were reported.
On Aug. 29, Lanark County OPP, with assistance from the OPP Tactics and Rescue Unit, executed an arrest warrant at a home on Munlaren Road in Drummond-North Elmsley Township.
Officers say 40-year-old Joshua Devlin has been charged with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm and failing to comply with a probation order.
Devlin was taken into custody and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
