The 170th Spencerville Fair continues through Sunday at the Spencerville Fairgrounds. Highlights include livestock shows, midway rides, and the RCMP Musical Ride. Saturday night’s headliner is Canadian country rock band The Road Hammers. Find full details at spencervillefair.ca.
The Smiths Falls Open Air Market still has a few weeks left. It runs from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Centennial Park, 2 Confederation Dr. Shop produce, crafts, art and food trucks every Friday through October 10th.
Public skating returns to the Smiths Falls Memorial Community Centre from 11–11:50 a.m. Admission is $2 per person. Lace up and enjoy the first skate of the season.
Tomorrow: Montague’s Summer Send Off takes place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Forget Me Not Club. Families can enjoy a bouncy castle, BBQ, cotton candy, popcorn, and more.
And the Rideau Lakes Figure Skating Club presents Figure 8 Out Trivia Night from 7 to 10 p.m. at Rosedale Hall, 657 Rosedale Road. Tables are $100. The evening includes hotdogs, pizza, snacks, cash bar, prizes, and 50/50.

CCHL action has the Carleton Place Canadians hosting their EOJHL affiliate, the CP Jr. Canadians, tonight at the Neelin St. Arena.
In the EOJHL, the Jr. Bears head to Winchester tonight, while Perth welcomes Arnprior.
