The Smiths Falls Jr. Bears are looking towards a collective approach to earn wins this season under new Head Coach Jeff Covell.
Covell’s excited to see the return of divisional play.
He said that’s going to enhance the fan experience.
Jr. Bears games start times have also moved up from 8:15 on Thursday nights to 7:30. They host the Embrun Panthers tonight with the new 7:30 puck drop.
Covell was promoted from assistant to head coach this offseason following the departure of J.B Ryan, who now coaches the U-12 Upper Canada Cyclones.
