The Smiths Falls Thursday Night Cruise-In is back for another week at the Settlers Ridge Centre. It gets underway at 5:30 and is an impressive display of amazing vehicles. All are welcomes to check it out.
The Covered Bridge Classic tees off tomorrow at Timber Run Golf Club in support of The Table Community Food Centre. The 18-hole scramble features dinner, prizes, raffles, fundraising games, and a non-perishable food drive.
Adult shinny hockey goes at the Smiths Falls Memorial Community Centre from 12–1:20 p.m. Admission is $5 per person. Bring your gear for some midday hockey fun.

The first local CCHL regular season game of the season sees Carleton Place head to Cornwall to take on the Colts tonight. The Bears host Pembroke tomorrow at the Bear’s Den.
The EOJHL is also underway. The Smiths Falls Jr. Bears host Embrum tonight and Perth welcomes Glengarry tomorrow.
