The Ottawa Valley Family Health Team (OVFHT) will open its new Carleton Place Regional Health Hub clinic on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, bringing together physicians and staff from the Carleton Place and Beckwith clinics under one roof.
The move, scheduled for October 6–10, marks a major milestone in the OVFHT’s expansion and will strengthen access to team-based primary care for the Carleton Place and Beckwith communities. Patients in Almonte will continue to be served at the Almonte clinic.
Fifteen local physicians—including Drs. Bastin-Millar, Buckley, Champagne, Fullerton, Gray, Ivanovich, Kipp, Laskey, Lobo, Meyers, Pauls, Potvin, Safie, Spooner, and Walker—along with Nurse Practitioner Kyley Aubin, will relocate to the new facility at 22 Costello Drive, 2nd Floor.
During the move, phone access will be limited.
October 6–7: Urgent concerns can be directed to 613-257-7002.
October 8–10: Phone lines will be offline as the team transitions; patients with emergencies should visit the nearest emergency department.
October 14: Regular services resume at the new clinic.
The Health Hub will offer patients continued care from their family physicians while adding support from an expanded interdisciplinary healthcare team.
