For 50 years Carebridge Community Support has lent a hand to local seniors, championed affordable housing efforts, and providing programs to those who need them.
It wouldn’t have been possible without collaboration with other groups, while getting volunteers is never easy, says Community Development Coordinator Violet Bova.
On October 1st, they’ll be celebrating seniors with a feature film.
Manager of Senior Services Jenni Poulin tells us more.
The day will also include a short walk and reception. It takes place at the Almonte Seniors Centre.
