Westport Senior Living is hosting an Autumn Senior Information Fair today at the North Crosby Community Centre. Seniors can explore a variety of helpful resources to stay informed and connected.
The Hackberry Men’s Shed meets weekly on Tuesdays at 6:45 p.m. in the Carleton Place Arena boardroom, 75 Neelin St. The gathering is free and open to all mature men looking to connect, learn, and share skills.
Tomorrow, the Seniors Active Living Fair runs at 10 a.m. at the Perth Legion, hosted by PEP Seniors Therapeutic Centre. Attendees can meet exhibitors, health professionals, and service providers, and enjoy a presentation by guest speaker Dr. John Puxty.
Weekly bingo returns at Perth Civitan Hall tomorrow. Doors open at 5 p.m. and games begin at 7 p.m. Admission is free, with bingo cards available for purchase. Contact: Perth Civitan Hall for more information.

CCHL play this week has Smiths Falls in Kemptville tomorrow. On Friday the Bears welcome Rockland. Saturday sees Smiths Falls host Rockland, while Carleton Place in in Ottawa to face the Jr. Senators in the first half of a home-at-home series. On Sunday, Carleton Place hosts Ottawa in the second half.
Turning to the EOJHL: The Smiths Falls Jr. Bears host Casselman on Thursday. Friday sees Perth host Athens, Carleton Place head to Embrum, and Smiths Falls in Winchester. On Saturday, Carleton Place hosts Embrum, and Perth heads to Glengarry. Then Sunday, Smiths Falls is in Athens.
