New Chair of the United Way Leeds and Grenville Campaign Cabinet Darren Gallacher, is settling in to his new role, held since August.
Gallacher says, so far so, good.
Gallacher said the team has helped him get adjusted to his new role, which is something he already does in his day job.
He says there is always room for others to join the team too.
Former Chair Ian McFall, Marilies Rettig and Pamela Robertson will join Gallacher on this years Cabinet.
