The Falls Food Hub is celebrating another successful holiday meal after welcoming the community for its third annual dinner.
Organizers say attendance was close to last year’s event, with strong turnout and a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the evening. More than 400 volunteer hours were contributed by students, staff, supporters and community members to make the dinner possible.
Operating manager Ashley Saunders credited strong volunteer coordination and the kitchen team for delivering a memorable evening, noting the energy in the room reflected the spirit of the community coming together.
The dining space was fully prepared to welcome guests, with organizers saying the impact of seeing the room filled once again was powerful.
Photos from the event were captured by volunteer photographer Marc Bastein and shared with the community following the dinner.
The Falls Food Hub team is now looking ahead to 2026, encouraging feedback and community support as planning begins for next year’s holiday meal, expected to return to the same date and location.
