Smiths Falls Police say three additional suspects have been identified and arrested following an assault at the Victoria Street pedestrian underpass last month.
Police began the investigation on December 21st, 2025. One suspect, Allan Pilon, was taken into custody the same day. As the investigation continued, officers identified three more individuals connected to the incident.
On December 27th, 45-year-old James Morris of Smiths Falls was arrested without incident.
He is charged with aggravated assault and failing to comply with a probation order. Morris was held in custody pending a bail court hearing.
Two remaining suspects later turned themselves in at the police station on December 28th.
An 18-year-old from Lanark, Clinton Campbell, is charged with aggravated assault, multiple counts of failing to comply with a probation order, criminal harassment, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and uttering threats.
A 15-year-old youth also faces several charges, including aggravated assault, failing to comply with a bail release order, criminal harassment, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and uttering threats.
Both were held in custody for bail court hearings. Police say the investigation is ongoing.
