A new short film is encouraging people to reconnect with nature for their mental health.
Mary Vandenhoff is a founding member of the Mississippi Madawaska Land Trust, she sat down with our Lynda D’Aoust to talk about it.
That film is called Nature’s Path to Wellness, and it’s now available on YouTube
Vandenhoff told Lynda the film comes at a time when more people are feeling overwhelmed and disconnected.
Vandenoff says simply spending time outdoors can make a real difference. And told Lynda reconnecting with nature doesn’t have to mean a hike or a park visit.
