Police believe one of the men wanted in connection with a Perth homicide may have fled to British Columbia, as investigators continue searching for two Ottawa suspects charged with second-degree murder.
Lanark County OPP said Joseph Madore, 34, is believed to be in British Columbia and has known associations in Richmond, Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Terrace. Police said 28-year-old Brayton Kennedy may be travelling with him or could still be in the Ottawa area.
The charges stem from a suspicious death in Perth on April 12.
Officers were called to Last Duel Park at about 3:15 p.m. after reports of a person with life-threatening injuries. The victim, identified as 34-year-old Christo Allison Richards of Ottawa, was taken to a trauma centre, where he later died.
The Lanark County OPP, under the direction of the Criminal Investigation Branch, continue to investigate with support from the Office of the Chief Coroner, Ontario Forensic Pathology Service and specialized OPP units.
Police are warning the public not to approach either suspect.
Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to contact Lanark County OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
