Pop-Up Clog Dancing 101
The Eastern Ontario Clogging Association hosts a free beginner clog dancing session at Lower Reach Park in Smiths Falls from 6 to 6:30 p.m. Open to ages 8 to 108, the program requires no experience. Participants are encouraged to bring sneakers and water.

Shop local at Lower Reach Park from 3 to 7 p.m. The market features local farmers, bakers, artisans and specialty vendors offering seasonal produce, handcrafted goods and unique products. Free parking is available, and families are welcome.

Bridge Street Summerfest
Downtown Carleton Place hosts its annual Bridge Street Summerfest from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Enjoy live entertainment, local vendors, sidewalk sales, food and family-friendly activities while exploring the downtown core.
A Bunch of Whimsy 2nd Anniversary Celebration
Celebrate the shop’s second anniversary during Bridge Street Summerfest. The event features a 17-vendor market, games, crafts, workshops and a community food drive.
Big Art Walk
Downtown Smiths Falls hosts the 2026 Big Art Walk from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. More than 25 artists, live music performances and a live chalk art installation create an outdoor gallery atmosphere with interactive art experiences for visitors of all ages.
Movie in the Park
The Town of Carleton Place presents a free screening of Jurassic World: Rebirth at Carleton Junction. The movie begins at 8:40 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets. Snacks will be available through the Civitan Canteen.
Otter Lake Landowners’ Association Annual General Meeting
The Otter Lake Landowners’ Association hosts its Annual General Meeting at the Ronald E. Holman Municipal Complex in Lombardy. Registration begins at 9 a.m., followed by the meeting at 9:30 a.m. Updates on local projects will be provided, with lunch and refreshments available afterward.
