Just a reminder if you’re headed out this weekend you’re not the only one on the road, the OPP and Smiths Falls Police Police Service Festive Ride Programs continue.
Smiths Falls Police Service Constable Aaron Tompkins says they also expect to see higher volume than they did last year, as pandemic restrictions have been lifted.
The Constable says they’re out there to make sure everyone is safe.
So if you’re headed out and plan on having a drink or two, plan ahead and get a designated driver. Same goes for in you plan on indulging in some cannabis.
