Health Unit to end large-scale COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics in new year, but will still offer shots

The Health Unit’s Jenny Vandermeer, their Vaccine Manager says a big shift is coming in the way they get COVID-19 vaccines into the arms of residents in Lanark, Leeds, and Grenville after January.

She says the vaccine will still be accessible with several points of access across the three counties.

She also says that making appointments for the shots, including those for kids, will still be through their online portal or call centre.

There won’t be any more walk-in clinics though.
