Lanark County OPP report that they have laid serious charges against two Perth residents after separate incidents: a sexual assault and indecent exposure.
The sexual assault allegedly took place on Thursday, December 1st in Perth.
As a result of the investigation, Perth resident 33 year-old Dillon Lowry has been charged with sexual assault and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth on January 16, 2023. No other details have been provided.
In the second case, Lanark OPP officers responded to a parking lot of a business just after 3:00 pm on Wednesday, November 30th, after a report of someone exposing themselves.
34 year-old Keelen Kehoe, a Perth resident, has been charged with indecent act in a public place and indecent exposure to a person under 16 years of age. Kehoe will also make a future court appearance in the town.
