The town of Perth is continuing with its Christmas tradition of offering free parking on Fridays leading up to the big day.
Beginning today, Dec. 9th, and continuing for the rest of the month, parking at downtown municipal lots on Fridays will be at no charge.
Following a practice started in 2016, council’s committee of the whole voted to waive the parking lot fees to encourage residents and visitors alike to take full advantage of the great shopping that the town’s retailers have to offer.
