He said it’s unusual to see such consistency in a storm forecast across Ontario and Quebec, but it provides everyone with a similar outcome.
There’s been running commentary that during this mild yet storm-filled winter every weekend is occupied by flurries or freezing rain.
But Phillips thinks that may just be your mind playing tricks on you.
Phillips says the storm impact should be minimal because it is just flurries falling and drivers won’t have to deal with freezing rain.
