Tuesday night’s meeting of Perth council saw local business owners and citizens recognized for their work at preserving and maintaining the beautification of the picturesque town.
One of the recipients was Lynda Haddon, who received the Heritage Perth Architectural Conservation Award for her work on the Museum, Flag, and Inge Va Gardens.
The latter, mayor Judy Brown pointed out, is always in top notch shape thanks to Haddon.
Other award recipients included Rob Geroux for the restoration of The Red Fox, and Vanessa DiNardo for her mason and carpentry work on Bistro 54 and the Shaw building.
