Carleton Place approved its 2023 budget Wednesday.
The result is a 2.29% increase to your property taxes for the year.
Councillor Jeff Atkinson feels this budget puts them in a good place.
In cash value the increase means an additional $47 in annual taxes for the average homeowner.
