25-year-old charged following incident with child

A 25-year-old has been arrested and charged following an extensive investigation into a disturbing incident involving a child.

Kingston Police say the accused approached a young child playing in a school yard on February 8th at around 1:20pm.

The child was asked to perform specific acts in return for monetary compensation.

The accused was located at an address on February 15th, arrested, taken to police headquarters and charged with two counts of criminal harassment and three counts of breaching their 161 order.
