Today’s Blood Donation Clinic in Smiths Falls was deemed a success, even before the doors opened.
Canadian Blood Services told us that the clinic was 100% booked in advance.
Spokesperson Jan Grant says that’s great news, because every drop counts.
Grant says that’s par for the course for our listening area.
She says every donation counts, so when a clinic is 100% booked it’s a very good day for the organization.
There are two more clinics coming to the region in early May.
One is in Kemptville, the other is in Carleton Place.
