The Carleton Place Canadians were knocked out of the playoffs in five games by the Smiths Falls Bears.
Head Coach and Owner Brent Sullivan is happy with the season his team put together, after finishing last in the Robinson Division a year ago (18-32-2-3), to finishing one point behind second this year (31-20-2-2).
He accredits that in part to a culture shift he felt was necessary heading into last offseason.
Work’s already being done for next season. They recruited Lake Forest Academy captain Tommy Enrietto, who Sullivan spoke highly of.
On top of Enrietto, the Canadians brought on U-18 head coach Sebastien Lamarche as an assistant for their CCHL squad in their first week of the offseason.
