Perth Director of Social Services Shannon Baillon is looking back on her years in the job with fond recollection.
But its not just about the big events.
And that’s just naming two. She says those partnerships with volunteer groups are what makes projects like these a reality.
She spoke of the pandemic, speaking about some of the positives that came out of it for the town.
Among the memories she will cherish is one of the first, helping to plan the town’s 200th anniversary celebrations shortly after she started in 2016.
Baillon’s last day is May 19th.
She also says the department is in good hands as Cathy McNally is set to take over the role.
