Smiths Falls heard from Lanark Lodge Monday on how their cost share with other municipalities for the 163-bed facility is determined on an annual basis.
Lodge Director Carey Duncan says each bed costs about $136,000 per year, and further broke the figures down.
Duncan was also asked about the future of the Lodge, which she says they’re always focused on.
Smiths Falls’ annual contribution is based on the weighted tax assessment.
