Police executed a search warrant at a home Friday where they seized a quantity of cocaine, ecstasy, methamphetamine, cash and weapons.
40-year-old Lucas Arnott and 37-year-old Natacha Young of Carleton Place have been are facing charges in relation to drug trafficking. Arnott’s also been charged with several firearm related offences.
26-year-old Emma Rowbotham and 41-year-old Ian Paynter of Ottawa were also arrested and face numerous charges.
Everyone but Young were held in custody.

Lucas Arnott, 40-years-old from Carleton Place, is charged with:
– Unauthorized possession of a weapon
– Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Methamphetamine
– Careless Storage of a firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition – four counts
– Unauthorized possession of a firearm – three counts
– Possession of Schedule III substance for the purpose of trafficking
Emma Rowbotham, 26-years-old from Ottawa, is charged with:
– Careless storage of a firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition – five counts
– Failure to comply with release order other than to attend court – two counts
– Possession of schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Methamphetamine
– Possession of schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – other drug
– Possession of schedule III substance for the purpose of trafficking
– Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000
– Unauthorized possession of a firearm – three counts
– Unauthorized possession of a weapon
Ian Paynter, 41-years-old from Ottawa, is charged with:
– Possession of schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
– Failure to comply with undertaking
Natacha YOUNG, 37-years-old from Carleton Place, is charged with:
– Possession of Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
