It’s huge news for the Lanark Highlanders Rugby Football Club.
The Canadian Women’s Rugby team will be coming to Perth in the final week of June to train at Oakfield Rugby Club, in preparation for the Pacfic Cup event at TD Place in mid-July.
Toby Shannon of Lanark Highlanders RFC says this is a great opportunity to see world-class rugby at home, including a friendly against Team USA.
The Canucks will be training at Oakfield from June 25th to July 2nd. You’re welcome to drop in anytime for free to watch them practice and learn how top athletes prepare for an international tournament.
The 2023 Pacific Cup features Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and the USA and runs at TD Place from July 8th to the 14th.
