Brooke swings her way to a tie for 33rd

Smiths Falls native Brooke Henderson finished the America’s Open in New Jersey in a tie for 33rd spot.

She shot a final round 73 to finish the tournament at even par, well off the mark set by winner Rose Zhang of the States who beat fellow American Jennifer Kupcho at 9 under par.

Brooke’s final round featured four bogies and three birdies. She had been just two off the pace in the early goings of the tournament.
