One person has been charged following Wednesday’s collision on Highway 15.
Shortly after 8 a.m, Lanark County OPP responded to a report of a multiple vehicle collision.
Officers attended the scene, along with paramedics and the Beckwith Fire Department. Four vehicles were involved and sustained significant damage.
Three occupants of the involved vehicles were treated for non life threatening injuries while one person was transported to hospital with serious injuries.
A section of Highway 15 was closed in both directions for several hours during the investigation.
A 60 year old driver from Scarborough has been charged with offences under the Highway Traffic Act.
