A strike is now underway by members of CUPE Local 2577 which has caused a labor disruption for Family and Children’s Services of Leeds and Grenville.
During this time there will be restricted access to office locations.
FCS says they’re hoping for a resolution and during this time they will make it a priority to help protect children.
Officials say response to all calls will be done to the best of their ability.
