While you should check Mississippi Mills social media for specific daily updates on the remaining work to be done between now and week’s end, the big news is that Cavanagh Construction is scheduled to complete the final lift of asphalt for the entire downtown Almonte reconstruction project between July 27th and July 28th.
During this time, Little Bridge, Mill Street and the intersection of Brae and Mill Streets will be closed to vehicle traffic with a detour in place.
Sidewalks will remain open to pedestrian traffic.
