You’ve no doubt heard that COVID-19 cases are on the rise in Canada once again.
Medical Officer of Health Dr. Linna Li says our region is not exempt.
The doctor says they know that those cases are spillovers from outside of the facilities. People bring them in when they visit loved ones.
She says the health unit is waiting for more guidance from the province on a fall booster for everyone, and will update us as soon as possible.
