World Spine Day is October 16th.
It’s not a commonly known day, but Dr. Warren Hollis from Perth Chiropractic wants to change that.
He says spinal health is just as important to maintain as any other part of your body or mind.
One way to do that is exercise, an activity most of us will have to make an effort to carve time out for.
If not, Hollis says, we will pay for it later.
Hollis says the general “if it’s not broken, don’t fix it,” attitude towards your health is not the right approach. You should be making every effort possible to maintain all aspects of your health instead of waiting until it’s too late.
