Tay Valley Farm has been operating on Narrows Lock Road since 2007 under married co-owners Karen Hardy-Clauwers and her husband Thijs.
The duo develop young and sport horses, training them up and selling them to their future riders.
It’s been a journey of ups and downs says Karen, who spoke to the many responsibilities which come with managing horses and clients.
The pandemic forced a business plan shift said Hardy-Clauwers, leading to the closure of their riding school which she said was painful but necessary to stay afloat.
