George Horton has had a passion for farming and with a degree in Cash Cropping at the University of Guelph.
As a retired dairy farmer, Horton now operates Horton Homestead Farms in Lansdowne and produces maple syrup.
He says much of his success is through the support from his wife.
Horton says that having the sugar bush was another way to pass the time.
