A virtual Case Management Conference is slated for the morning of December 14th regarding the Ontario Land Tribunal appeal submitted by Caivan (Kye-van) Limited.
The company submitted its appeal earlier this month surrounding their proposed housing development near the Perth golf course.
The public can attend the virtual meeting, those who wish to participate must submit an application to do so.
