The 1st Ukrainian Fest in Lanark County is being called a great success.
Organizer Olga Lalovenko said it was all about saying thank you to anyone who helped bring them over.
Soon after the doors opened it was standing room only as as hundreds gathered to take in a wide variety of Ukrainian arts and culture at the Carleton Place arena.
