David Giroux has been acquitted on all charges.
A former teacher at St. John Catholic High School and St. John Elementary, Giroux was charged in December 2022 with six counts of sexual interference.
Lake 88 has since confirmed through multiple sources the 59-year-old was acquitted during a brief trial last Thursday at the Perth courthouse.
The court proceedings throughout the process were under a publication ban.
