A heads up to those using Canada Post to send Christmas gifts or greetings this year.
The post office says the deadlines this year for local delivery is December 19th, provincially it’s the 18th and nationally, the 15th.
Make sure you send your cards off before those dates to ensure they arrive by Christmas morning.
Holiday packages going by regular parcel mail must be in their system for local deliveries by the 19th, between the 14th through the 19th for provincial packages, and the 8th through the 18th for national.
And if you’re sending one off to the States, the deadline for cards is the 12th and parcels by the 15th.
