Carleton Place town planner Niki Dwyer updated her Council on changes to subdivision applications
She plans to suggest amendments to the official plan to reintroduce public meetings to gather feedback on subdivision applications.
She noted that 4 applications currently being processed don’t fall under the proposed notification changes, and would proceed without public meetings if they get to the next stage.
