A Smiths Falls man has died following a Friday night incident in Oro-Medonte.
In a press release, the OPP say emergency crews were called to the area off Line 7 South near midnight on December 15th after a collision was reported where a vehicle fell into Lake Simcoe.
Police say a member of the public managed to get a Mississauga man out of the vehicle and was treated by paramedics for non-life threatening injuries.
A Smiths Falls man was also later removed from the vehicle and taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
OPP are still investigating.
