Perth’s Climate Change Advisory Panel is ready to hit the ground running this year.
The town reports that among its priorities is strengthening partnerships with other municipalities and non-profit organizations for to benefit the cause.
Also on the agenda: seeking new climate-related grants, supporting the development of a Perth Climate Adaptation Plan, improving active transportation, expanding the town’s tree canopy; and helping residents prepare for climate-related emergencies.
