But as we hear from My Broadcasting Corporation President Jon Pole, we’re keeping a lot of what you’ve come to love from us over the years.
Those changes include a slight update in the music we play, you’ll be singing along to more of your favourites. We still have the same commitment to local news and information, and we’ll be telling you about community events and charitable efforts more often.
88.1 myFM Sales Manager James Smith says we’re expanding what we do for the community.
We’ve also been working as part of the MBC Network, Pole says that’s something that has broadened our reach, and reinforced our commitment to Perth, Smiths Falls, Carleton Place and all the communities we serve in Lanark & Leeds.
Smith adds that for the staff at 88.1 it’s a great opportunity to expand what we do.
There will be some new voices too, bringing in new perspectives on the day’s events and highlighting lifestyle pieces to keep you entertained all day long.
