The second Ontario Land Tribunal Case Management Conference about the appeal submitted by Caivan Limited takes place next Monday at 10 a.m.
Members of the public are welcome to attend and can join the virtual meeting at least 15 minutes prior to the start.
A four-week hearing has been scheduled to take place from Monday, Aug. 19-Friday, Sept.

During the CMC, the revised Draft Procedural Order and Issues List will be considered, along with an outstanding Party Status Request.
