Tomorrow marks the last day of the accomplished career Lanark County OPP inspector Karuna Padiachi has had.
The detachment commander is retiring after 30 years in policing.
Padiachi came to the Lanark County OPP in the 2014 as a staff sergeant, before a stint with the RCMP from 2016-19. He returned to the Lanark Detachment in 2019 to assume his current commander role.
The Interim Detachment Commander for Lanark will be A/Insp Kerly Tawdrous.
