Family Day is just around the corner, and local communities are rolling out an array of exciting activities for everyone to enjoy.
In Perth, start your day with a refreshing swim at the indoor pool, completely free of charge, from 9 to 10 a.m. Then, lace up your skates for a fun-filled family skating session at the arena from 2 to 4 p.m.
Carleton Place is also getting in on the action with their swim and skate offerings. Dive into the pool from 1 to 2:30 p.m., followed by a skating session from 1 to 2 p.m. Plus, don’t miss the free movie screening at the Carambeck Community Centre starting at 2 p.m.
In Rideau Lakes, there are not one but two Family Fun Days to choose from. Head to the Delta Arena for a day packed with activities from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Alternatively, venture to Lombardy at 6 Kelly’s Road for food, games, wagon rides, and more from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
